D. Taylor Kroeller

Director

D. Taylor Kroeller is from Virginia Beach, VA. Taylor graduated with a B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech in 2014. After working for three years at Epic Systems in Madison, WI, the Lord led Taylor and his wife, Amy, to move to Fort Myers, FL to begin working with Chi Alpha. Taylor underwent his Chi Alpha Campus Missionary-In-Training Internship from 2018-2019 at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and Chi Alpha's New Director's Training from 2020-2021. From December 2019 through May 2023, Taylor served as the Chi Alpha Director at FGCU. Taylor is an Ordained Nationally Appointed U.S Missionary with the Assemblies of God. Taylor is so thankful for the opportunity to witness the Lord moving in the lives of so many. 

Amy Kroeller

Administrative Support

Amy Kroeller is from Herndon, VA. Amy graduated with a B.S. in Human Development with a focus on Early Childhood Development, and a minor in Leadership and Social Change. Following graduation, Amy spent a year on mission before marrying Taylor and moving to Wisconsin. After completing the Perspectives Course, Taylor and Amy were hungry to support and be part of missions opportunities. Amy completed her Chi Alpha Campus Missionary-In-Training Internship from 2018-2019 at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and was on Chi Alpha staff at FGCU from 2019-2023. Amy has her license credentials with the Assemblies of God. Amy loves helping to plan mission trips and discipling ladies. When Amy is not on campus, she is taking care of their two children.

Sierra Williams

Staff

Sierra Williams is from Fort Myers, FL. When the Lord led Sierra to Chi Alpha in her first semester of college, she learned what it means to truly follow Jesus. After earning her Associate's degree at Florida Southwestern State College (FSW) in 2017 and her B.A. in English at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in 2019, she completed a year of missionary training through Chi Alpha's Campus Missionary in Training (CMIT) program from 2019-2020 at FGCU. She then served on staff with Chi Alpha at FGCU from 2020-2023. Sierra has her license credentials with the Assemblies of God. She has led mission trips to Florida State University, the University of Northern Iowa, and Colombia. Her favorite parts of campus ministry are leading small groups, teaching students how to dive into the Bible, and seeing them learn to hear from the Lord. 

Kayla Davidson

Staff

Kayla Davidson is from Fort Myers,  Florida where she received her Associates from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in 2018. It was at FGCU in 2016 that she was introduced to Chi Alpha and through Chi Alpha was led to Jesus. She eventually became the president of Chi Alpha and a small group leader before transferring to Southeastern University where she received her Bachelors in Ministerial Leadership and her licensing from Assemblies of God  in 2020. Kayla has her license credentials with the Assemblies of God. Kayla is so excited for this upcoming school year because she loves meeting people and raising up leaders. She is most excited to start her small groups, go to the Chi Alpha events, and to watch the football games.
